aftermath of prelims

Well, today, we officially received back all our results from prelims. I really hope my good friends are feeling better now! Yup, its a wakeup call for all of us to get our As for the As. OKAY!

Yeah, anyways, today during the review of physics papers, the lecturer was saying we should refer to the syllabus and answer every single requirement. So it prompted me to type everything out! But, after a few chapters, now all I feel like doing is sleeping or reading a good book.

And speaking of good books, I've recently started reading the twilight series. Haha yes slow I know, but it was just so hard to get books in good condition when everyone was so crazy over them. Anyways, I read the first three books in about three days. Waiting to get my hands on the fourth and final installment now. Heard its great! Haha and my mom kinda agreed to get the entire series provided I encourage my sister to read them too. Hrmm, that won't be easy since she's no avid reader, other than reading her Lit texts -.- Okay, for them vampires, I SHALL TRY MY BEST(:

Well this post was meant for yesterday but I played too much and was too tired haha.

Post prelims partaayyy! Okay anyways, yesterday, seven of us went to vivo and caught Fame. Its like High School Muscial meets Step Up but I thought it was pretty good. Some tracks were nice, and the storyline though draggy at first, was good towards the end so yup it was a good choice! (:

Today, some of us watched Dead Poets Society in the library during our longgg break. Well, I'm sure everyone's wondering how come our post prelim schedule is full of many holes at weird times-.- Anyways, the show was cool haha, reminds me of mr sng who first showed us the show back in cedar.

That was the happier part of the day. Lol after we got back our compre paper the mood changed drastically. Ah, aiming for an S now! =/

almost there

Yay I'm seriously glad this week's over, means the big papers are over, and I'm left with two mcq papers. Well, its not like mcqs are easy, but shall give myself today off(: Haha so I'm gonna watch tv, hang around online, SLEEEEP, and play a game or two of squash later since my mom thinks I have to shed kilos. HAHA. I think so too =/ Well, anyway, still need to practise alot for mcq cause its what almost cost me a grade during blocks2, so yup lots to do still!

Anyway, yesterday was the worst exam day for me. It was like 3hours of math in the morning followed by 2.5hours in the afternoon. Haha its crazy. Like this journey's been. I remember seriously considering dropping the module cause it was just ultra crazy, so much stuff to memorise and stuff. Even as the few of us were mugging in class ytd, it was like cramming all the modes of actions of stuff. Its tough, but I'm so glad that yesterday's paper was so much better than lecture test2. Well probably I studied abit more but yeah yay. Anyway, even with all the many things to stuff into my brain, I'm still glad I chose to do this. Yup, for one, it helped in the H2 paper today! HAHA, yup everyone was like saying yesterday, aiya mug too much for this paper then tmr's H2 gg, but they sure all A one la. HAH. Yup plus, by taking this module, I realised that I don't want to do this for the rest of my life! Better than studying it in uni and regreting bigtime so yes!

Wells, I guess for this prelims, the honour of the killer paper goes to Maths1! HAHA.

Okay then, two more papers, and ITS TIME FOR THE REAL THING.

Just some stuff I got during devotion a few days ago and it was so timely and encouraging so just thought I would share it here.

Yup decided to share it here because, yesterday was just, bad. Really, it was so tough it redefined 'killer paper'. But yup not gonna be discouraged, more motivati0on to pia for paper2 and all the rest of the papers.

Anyways, been having bad dreams lately, so annoying and I rmb them so vividly! Why can't I rmb integration formulae as well! Haha ohwells, pretty interesting dreams.

Well, waiting for my dad to come back with breakfast before doing physics! Had such a hard time pulling myself out of bed this morning, probably will have to take a teenny short nap later haha,

of CSI and illicit drugs

Just looked through the photos taken during the weekends on FB turns out to be quite alot almost a hundred. Anyways its by far the most unglam album, not encouraging any of you to go see it but yeah =/ AH.

Anyways yesterday's trip to HSA was cooool(: yup got to see real samples of illicit drugs and all. Plus their forensics labs, how cool is that. But yup all goes to show that CSI is overly glamourised haha.

And after eating a plate of super spicy noodles, my lips is semi-swelling/infected. I don't know what la not the first time but super annoying still.

Okay anyways today has been pretty productive so treating myself with a break!

life thus far

Well its day 2 of official study leave and one more day to PRELIMS! And its been more than a week since I fell sick. Anyways after 3days of fever thingaling, YAY NO MORE FEVER YTD. And today my appetite is back whoos! I ate something that is non-soupy and not porridge, and I finished it haha:D Famished okay.

Anyways, really thank all you guys for praying for me, and dropping me notes of encouragement yup(: Thank God for all of you, and of course for making me feel better! Yay its good to be well. (:

Well still continue to pray for me because I haven't been sleeping well since all this started and there's a paper tmr alr! So yup I need my beauty sleep HAHA. Alright, JIAYOU ALL OF US:D
